Why do we train if we don’t put it in a practice? Like when you are in a real match situation against the real opponent, who is also like you, keen, eager and motivated to test his skills, perform at his best and challenge you in every situation. Is it important to win? The important fact is to try your best, to play for your team, enjoy every moment of it, aim to win and the result will hopefully come. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but if you put your maximum effort out there, there is little to regret.
In a past three weeks, we were training hard, so it was the time to test our skills against a tough opponent. Our boys in light blue showed the character and fought well throughout the games. The confidence was rising and performance was improving gradually. Coaches could see the effort that players have applied from this week’s shooting and finishing topic. The Knowhowsoccer team was very proud of the group’s attitude and the whole daily performance.
At the very end, we had the energy to analyse our performance throughout the week and the matches played, and to observe closer the skills we were working on.
We are already halfway through the camp, and we feel like we have so much more to show. That is called passion.
