The best job in the world – coaching!

When players are determent, coaching job is the best job in the world. This was a trademark of the third day at the camp. When Knowhowsoccer team arrived at the training ground, players were already there ready to start at any moment.

Program for the day was focused on crossing and finishing for the older group. Our coaching team was powered up with UEFA A licensed coach and Youth Director at renowned football school Pieta Hotspurs – Silvan Ciscaldi. He presented training session game related to creating scoring opportunities in attacking third.

Younger group training focus was on benefit and value of the wall pass. We practiced proper execution throughout series of exercises progressing from individual movement of a player with and without ball, how to create space and continue movement to receive the ball. We were progressing to the real situation against the opponent and in a real game situation.

During theoretical session, players had a chance to watch collage of videos filmed during previous days and observe their own performance. We finally completed the day with small work shop where the groups of players had to design their own ideal player.

We are happy to see positive response from the players and comments we receive both from players and parents.
