Stay focused not to lose possession
We completed the first week of work. We accomplished all the planned sessions and presented what we prepared with regards to our training and educational topics. We feel that we inspired kids to look at the game from more angles and understand their effort better. And the effort that they put in practices and contribution during educational workshops is endless.
We closed the dribbling topic with practices created to enter the more details and created a very realistic game situation. One of the objectives during the practice was – to be allowed to complete the pass or shoot at goal; you can do it only after dribbling the player. It was very challenging and players found it very useful as they had to be alert at all times, predict the next move, and stay confident not to lose possession.
What comes first if not the history of football. Always interesting for kids to hear about ancient times and when the game was discovered. They were involved in discussion grasping much interesting info they will want to share with their family and friends taking the credit for their knowledge.
See you all after the well deserved weekend break.
