Recovery time with beach soccer
We know that the right balance between a load of work and the rest and recovery is crucial for training practice and has a great effect on the quality of players performance. We were lead with that example and opted to charge our energy back in full, near the sea at the beach soccer pitch.
While one group was playing another, one was enjoying fresh and clean water having a great time with the same friends but different environment. Apart from fun time, players had a chance to get to know each other better and build a stronger relationship. Knowing each other off the pitch improves performance in general. We make sure we give as many opportunities as they can take. Well done.
