Individuals shine from a good team

Training is a process. We are gradually progressing with a combination of various topics, so we can improve our players. The camp’s program is designed to build up training objectives throughout weeks, mostly focusing on individual skills and game understanding. In a last week we round up working on a team play.

Team play is the way players are organized in a team. They understand the importance of working together, support each other and react as a unit in every situation. Players that give everything for the team create strong and solid side that is hard to brake. They have more chances to succeed as they have trust in each other and share the work equally.

We shared topic’s facts and insights during a theoretical lesson where players had a quality input. From their comments and observation, it is clear that they are aware of many important situations team work requires.

In theory, everything is easier, so they have to show what they learned in coming days. There was no topic that our players were not capable to do, so we are looking forward to continue the last week.
