The way you train – the way you play
Aiming to be specific in our training, we are moving to the functional coordination during our third week of the program. As we go with the statement: ‘The way you train – the way you play’, analyzing the game itself, we realized that players have to control the ball, pass or shoot many times after disbalanced body position such as change of direction, jump, fall, charge, or so. We designed our training sessions to simulate those moments so our players were challenged during the similar situation with smoothly progressing from easier to more complex ones. In the main part of the session, level raised up even more, receiving the ball in a difficult moment and trying to beat the opponent. Finding it extremely challenging, players had fun and were motivated to succeed.
A definition states that the fair play is a fundamental part of the game. We opened the floor for the discussion for the upcoming days. We have plenty to say about it, but we are mostly determent to show it!
