Everywhere is the same but in a different level
We moved on to the new topic, without forgetting the previous week’s objective. We create more options in our arsenal of skills to develop our players to complete footballers. We entered the wide range of possibilities that the passing produces. Short, medium and long range pass, wall pass, and through pass were some of the technical and tactical options.
Some players were learning how to pass and some of them were practicing. But they all were challenged with their skill level. Although balance is important, players must be always put in a level up and perform with difficulty; it motivates players to perform well and succeed.
During the workshop, the question was: ‘Are you ready to become a top player?’, and: ‘What does it take?’. We searched the answer during interviews with some of the main figures in the world of football. We have the rest of the week to get convinced.
